Meredith Kleinhenz, RDN, CSG, LD
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about eating well and stressing less about food.
I have 20 years of experience as a Dietitian and have worked with people across the lifespan — from infants to the elderly. I am a Board Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition and for the last 15 years, I have worked, and continue to work, in a primary care clinic for frail elders.
As a volunteer leader in my field, I have served in numerous roles, including as President of the Oregon Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
My vision is a world where we honor our health by letting go of binary views on food (good/bad, etc), celebrate diet diversity, and emphasize progress, not perfection. Bon Appetit!
